Tournament Guidelines & Regulations
Official rules governing player registration, roster composition, and club eligibility.
Section 1: Team Roster Composition
Every registered club must submit exactly twenty (20) individual players across three competition divisions:
- Men's Doubles: 4 Pairs (8 distinct players)
- Women's Doubles: 4 Pairs (8 distinct players)
- Mixed Doubles: 2 Pairs (4 distinct players)
- Total Requirement: 10 Pairs = 20 Registered Players. Clubs with incomplete rosters cannot be approved for digital bracket assignment.
Section 2: Player Eligibility & One-Category Rule
- Single Club Exclusivity: A player may represent only one club during The Ultimate Club Wars 2.0. Cross-club registrations are strictly rejected by the automated roster validation engine.
- Single Category Limit: A player can compete in only one division (e.g., a player in Men's Doubles cannot also play Mixed Doubles).
- Championship Partner Conflict Rule: Any player who participated in the Season 1 Championship match MUST field a new partner for Season 2.0. Re-pairing former championship finalists together is barred.
Section 3: Registration Fees & Payment
Registration fee is fixed at ₱700 per player (₱14,000 per full club roster of 20 players). All fees must be settled prior to the deadline on November 18, 2026. Unpaid players will trigger roster compliance warnings.
Section 4: Manual Club Points System
Points are manually awarded by tournament officials based on club pairs' finishes:
